Appointwise — A Booking Agent Wired Straight Into GoHighLevel
Appointwise is a conversational AI agent built entirely inside GoHighLevel's conversation builder — qualifying leads, answering questions, handling objections, and booking the call without a human ever touching the conversation.
GHL Wired
The Full Conversation BuilderEvery branch of the Appointwise agent — qualification questions, objection handling, booking hand-off, and lost/won outcomes — built entirely inside GoHighLevel's conversation builder.
Appointwise, Live in ConversationA real conversation with the agent — qualifying the lead and booking the appointment automatically, no human in the loop.

Case Study: A 17-Workflow Lead Engine for a Roofing Company
Website and Yelp leads used to land in separate inboxes and get retyped into JobNimbus by hand. Now 17 GoHighLevel workflows catch every lead, keep the field team's app in sync, and hand each qualified job to sales exactly once.
- Source Website form 4-step booking form
- Source Yelp leads Synced by Zapier
- Hub GoHighLevel 17 live workflows
- Field app Ops dashboard React + Supabase
- Gate Qualified job 6-step inspection
- Handoff JobNimbus Tag-guarded, sent once
- Notify Team alerts Sales knows instantly
-
6 workflows
Website leads
Every booking-form submission becomes a tagged contact and opportunity the moment it arrives, with booking and follow-up handled automatically.
-
7 workflows
Yelp leads
Zapier pulls leads out of the Yelp inbox and into GoHighLevel, so they get the same instant follow-up as website leads instead of sitting unseen.
-
4 workflows
Dashboard sync
Keeps the Supabase-backed ops app in step with GoHighLevel, so new contacts, assignments and completed inspections show up for the team in real time.
The JobNimbus handoff, without duplicates
When an inspector marks a job qualified in the field app, one webhook carries the full assessment into GoHighLevel, which creates the matching JobNimbus job. A tag check runs before every send, so the same lead can't be pushed twice.
- One payload per assessment. The whole inspection travels together, so nothing is retyped and nothing arrives half-filled.
- Tag guards on every send. A job that's already been handed off is skipped, even if a workflow fires again.
- 43,000 duplicates eliminated. The old duplicate backlog was cleared, and the guards keep it from coming back.
The GoHighLevel → JobNimbus workflow, with a tag check before each send.
OpenTable → Make.com → GHL Reservation Campaigns
Every OpenTable reservation at Torote, the on-site restaurant for Valle Del Sol's development, flows into GoHighLevel and triggers a branching WhatsApp, email, and SMS sequence — one of several event-driven systems running behind the live site at valledelsolcabo.com →.

Cross-Platform Builds
Two more from live client accounts — a smart-branching form webhook, and a Zapier bridge that keeps a GHL proposal in sync with a monday.com board.
